It is great for adding a mellow smoke flavor to any main or side dish. The balanced flavor is distinctive but not overpowering and is good for sausage, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables. At 6-8 inches long, these mini-logs can also be used for fire pits, fireplaces and campfires.
