This ignition method generates an electrical spark to ignite the gas leaving the burner when the button is pressed and gas is flowing. With spark ignition, you no longer need to worry about lighting your burner with a match, removing the risk of injury if handled improperly. A Mounting Plate, Push Button, 36-inch Electrical Leads, Brass Key Valve, Turn Key, 36-inch Stainless Steel Whistle Free Hose with 1/2-inch fittings, and a Spark Igniter Cover are all included in this kit. This kit is to be used with applications producing 290,000 BTUs or greater.
