The 4 X 6 bottomless pan rests on top of a slotted spatula and can hold a 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 lb meatloaf. The slotted bottom allows rendered fat to drip down to the radiant glass and vaporize, rising back up to mingle with the sizzling meat. This creates the classic smoky infrared flavor that you know and love, with no flareups. The handle is removable for convenience and to prevent the handle from getting too hot during the cook. It easily reattaches in order to move the pan as needed. The pan and spatula are made of 304 stainless steel for longevity and to resist wear and tear.
