The larger pizza peel is ideal for moving large pizzas or food to and from the oven. The smaller peel is ideal for turning the food in the pizza oven, while the larger peel is great for inserting or removing food from the oven. Use the ash shovel and wire cleaning brush to maintain and clean your pizza oven and the fire poker to move logs and stoke the fire. All of the tools have extra long handles to protect your hands from the heat, and so you can reach all the way to the back of the oven.
