The multi-layer cast enameled plate provides 330 square inches of even, high heat (680F) non-stick cooking surface that is easy to clean. The Enameled plate comes with a lifetime warranty. Safety is first in mind with thermocouple protected burners and no open flame for flare ups. It has the added convenience of Electronic Ignition, integrated drip tray and adjustable feet.
