Using left over barrels that would otherwise go to waste, Barrel Proof provides an environmentally conscious way for you to add a truly unique and delicious flavor to your next BBQ. After the aging process, the barrels are immediately broken down into wood blocks and packaged to maintain their authentic flavor and aroma. In addition to being eco-friendly, Barrel Proof utilizes a non-profit organization that employs those with special needs to package their products.
