The Fresno Island grill boasts four 304 stainless steel burners that produce 48,000 BTUs and on the right side cart you’ll find a pot burner that produces 12,000 BTUs. Your burners will ignite quickly from individual wireless, battery free Piezo ignition systems. Heavy-duty, 7mm rust-resistant porcelain enameled cast iron grates will distribute heat across the 500 sq. inch main cooking area for a delicious cook each time. The warming rack adds an additional 240 sq. inches of cooking space to rest your meals or indirectly heat up your sides. The double-walled lid is designed to keep the heat in, no matter the temperature outside, and is equipped with an external temperature gauge to quickly monitor cooking-temps. With over 13 cubic feet of fully enclosed storage your island carts will hold your propane tank, grilling accessories, and more, while protecting them from the elements all year long. The magnetic closure doors also hold a paper towel holder and trash bin for easy clean up. To the left of your burner box, you’ll find a 4+ gallon, double-walled 304 stainless steel ice chest that can keep up to 28 12 oz. cans cold or marinate your meals before cooking.
