The 10-inch antique bronze pole and eight ribs are constructed out of weather resistant aluminum and the hub and finial are made of solid resin. To open the canopy, lift the Easy Lift handle to raise and extend the main arm all in one motion. Then, to tilt the umbrella, turn the Easy Tilt wheel left or right to adjust the canopy to any angle. The heavy-weight base can be filled (up to 100 lbs of sand) for added weight and stability and features retractable rollers for moving the umbrella around. The canopy is made from your choice of Sunbrella fabric, one of the best outdoor fabrics, and resists water, fading and mildew.
