Take your grilling to the next level with this hybrid infrared burner conversion kit from DCS. This kit converts a conventional burner into an infrared burner for high heat searing. The searing heat provided by the burner will allow you to achieve a more perfect sear on steaks and chops. Simply remove your grids and place the included mesh screen right over the burner, then place the included cooking grate over the screen. This kit includes one stainless steel flame taming mesh screen and one stainless steel rod cooking grate. This infrared kit is only compatible with DCS 36 and 48-inch grills. Not for use with DCS 30-inch grills. A burner is not included with this kit.
