This large chimney-style hood is constructed of 304 stainless steel for lasting durability. The powerful 1200 CFM blower system exhausts the fumes and features a variable-speed motor control. The Heat Sentry thermostat will adjust the blower speed automatically with increased temperatures. The 30-inch depth provides better coverage of the grill to capture more grease and smoke. This 48-inch hood has four commercial-style baffle filters that help prevent grease from entering the duct work. These baffle filters are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The two 50 watt halogen lights provide added visibility to your cooking surface. This hood allows a smooth 10-inch square to round transition with the damper. Duct cover sold separately.
