Another great safety upgrade is the enhanced, front-facing drip trough with grease management channels that auto-seats and locks in place to ensure effortless cleanup.
Advanced Heat Control with Independent Cooking Zones
The reinforced, heavy-duty cooking surface ensures perfect heat distribution, and the included leveling screws lift the rear of the surface, adjusting to the foods being cooked. LED knob lights feature temperature indicators for safety that shine red when gas is flowing and enhance visibility for nighttime grilling. The 3 independent cooking zones give you the flexibility to make different dishes at different temperatures all at once and the digital temperature display will show all those temperatures at a glance and even read up to 3 meat probes. There are 3 thermocouples located directly beneath the cooking surface to give the most accurate temperature reading.

Please note that 110 volts are required to use the lights and digital screen, but they are not needed to operate your griddle.
