The easy-to-use control knobs provide precise temperature control, letting you create dual temperature zones while also getting you grilling quick with simple piezo ignition. A removable hard cover is included to protect the surface of your griddle when not in use. Two side shelves provide plenty of prep space, as well as a full length bottom shelf for storage.
